First Residents Move Into Bellaserra Royal Palm Beachs Newest Community
The village of Royal Palm Beach recently welcomed its newest neighborhood, BellaSerra, a gated resort-style community with built-in Wi-Fi and Amazon Alexa. Just in time for the holidays, the communitys first homeowners moved in.
The neighborhood is not complete, but some of the homes are, and residents who bought homes in the presale period will continue moving in as their homes are completed.
BellaSera is the latest community by Miami-based development company Lennar Homes. It offers three different single-family home designs from about 1,500- to 3,701-square-foot layouts. Located at Crestwood Boulevard and Royal Palm Beach Boulevard, other nearby communities by Lennar include Arden to the southwest and Woodlands at Ibis Golf & Country Club to the northeast.
At the end of November, we started closing homes and had 11 families move into the community, said Dan Grosswald, president for the Palm Atlantic division of Lennar. I actually just drove through there the other day and people are still hanging pictures and getting things straightened out. The neighborhood is very busy and active now.
Grosswald said they have sold about 60 homes in the neighborhood, which will have about 350 homes when it is complete. There are about 30 homes under construction, with the remaining homes to be built in the near future.
