  • Sign in to your Zillow profile.
  • Click on the profile icon, then select Your Home from the menu option.
  • Click on the tile for your home to load the property page. If you have not already claimed your home on Zillow, please follow .
  • Once you have claimed your home, click on List Home For Sale By Owner under the List Home menu options on the Owner View of the property page.
  • On the For Sale By Owner Listing page, set your price, add photos, edit home facts, and input your contact information.
  • At the bottom of the page, make sure to review and agree to our Terms of Use by clicking the check box.
  • Click the blue Post For Sale By Owner button to save your changes and list your home for sale.
