Heritage at New River is a D.R Horton community offering over a dozen floor plans for detached single-family homes and townhouses.
Most of these homes have between 3 and 5 bedrooms and range between 1200 and 3200 square feet in size.
Exteriors are finished in horizontal vinyl siding over frame constructions, with broad sash windows and exterior shutters. Most configurations are cross-gabled, sharing the front facade between a wide double garage, picture window, or covered entry.
