    Welcome to Porter Ranch Estates. The Porter Ranch Estates is the biggest gated community in Porter Ranch. It is located north of Rinaldi off the 118 freeway where Tampa and Sesnon intersect. It is directly across the Highlands gated community north east of the Heights gated community. This development consists of approximately 1100 homes. The Porter Ranch estates is one of the more unique communities as it has a mixture of attached homes, smaller single family homes and estate properties. The Estate homes are located towards the bottom of the community close to the main gate and guard shack. The further north west you go into the community you get smaller single family homes and then into the attached properties which share a common wall. Some of the Estate Homes offer sweeping canyon and city lights views. Entry into this development starts at approximately 1600 Sqft. And ranges up to 4200 Sqft. The HOA for this community is approximately $200 per month for single family homes and approximately $375 per month for the attached homes.
