No Longer Family Safe
I have been coming to Cottonwood Cove for boating with my kids and grandkids for 38 years. Although this has never been a Four Seasons quality property, it has been in general clean and safe for the kids. Recently things have changed drastically. There is no maintenance, the grass and plants are dead, BBQ’s are filthy. Recently when we returned to the hotel in the afternoon after skiing all day, 1/2 of the entire hotel had been rented out to 100 or so very ill behaved people. There were tents everywhere . Rap was so loud you could not hear. Huge marijuana bongs were numerous and people were having sex on the patios. One person tried to break into one of our rooms with my sister-in-law inside. Hotel management would do nothing. We notified the rangers but nothing was done. We left and later found out that the resort is for sale. Earlier that day everything in our day camp on the lake had been stolen.. Beware of this place.More
